Our process is transparent. Throughout the building journey we pride ourselves on clear, open, and regular communication with our clients, and the design and homebuilding team.

Preconstruction

We work closely with our clients from initial site assessments to compiling an experienced team of designers, architects, and trades.

We are involved from the schematic design stage through to the design development to consult on construction costing, site safety, logistics, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure alignment of the project’s goals.

We work with municipalities to expedite the permit process, enabling a smooth transition to begin building your home.

Construction

We pride ourselves on quality and craftsmanship. Our experienced in-house team provides a range of services. Beyond project management and site supervision, our team provides general carpentry, forming, framing, and finishing. We also love clean and tidy sites!

We also work with an experienced and trusted network of subcontractors and suppliers. Together with our in house team, they work to execute each project diligently, and to the highest standard.

We communicate with our clients—from quarterly cashflow projections, to monthly budget reports, and weekly site meetings. We are dedicated to the service we provide.

We are with you every step of the way, even when your house is finished.

Our handover process includes a thorough walkthrough of the building systems—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and home automation—with key parties involved in the build, ensuring you feel comfortable and at home.

We develop your specific maintenance and operational manual, including supplier and subcontractor contacts, house equipment and appliance operational manuals, and annual maintenance information. We facilitate setting up maintenance contracts for your home so you have peace in mind and can enjoy your new, “Bradner-built” home!
